Bread of Life

Don Allen's ministry of feeding widows, widowers, and homebound continues and meets at 11:00 am on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month in the Fellowship Hall. The group is comprised of seniors from our church and the community. It is a time of fellowship and devotion with a wonderful home-cooked meal to go provided.

After Don's death a year ago these delicious, nutritious meals have been prepared by Carmela and Stuart Chase, Jennifer and Bob Forsman, Cathy and Phil Menendian, John and Martha Sill, and Wanda and Larry Wells. We so appreciate those who have kept this ministry going. We look forward to returning to the Fellowship Hall in the very near future to share a Bible message, prayer, food & fellowship.

If you know of someone who would like to be part of the Bread of Life program please contact Jennifer Forsman at 910-603-0425.

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.' The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.' Matthew 25: 35-36, 40
